I had a good experience with this dealership. I purchased a used vehicle, on an as is basis. Scott was able to deal on price for a non working A/C unit to the discounted price I needed to be at. There was no high pressure back and forth "Let me talk to my manager" BS; They came back with a price, I countered with another price and they took it.No mess, no fuss.
I enjoyed working with Ken Holland on the purchase of our used vehicle. He was very easy to work with, super accommodating, and I feel as though I received a fair price. Additionally, there was a problem with the car that they fixed before I took delivery.
The vehicle I purchased was an "honest" vehicle-not one that had sat at the recon shop for a month before being put on the lot. Most expect to buy a perfect 19 year old used car-I work in the auto industry and getting an honest vehicle is a big plus to me. I will purchase vehicles from this dealership again.
