If I had one obvious criticism for this hotel it would just be that its decor is a big dated. Probably designed or last redecorated in the early 90's but lovingly well maintained.
Pool was open, kids had a blast swimming. A continental breakfast was offered, which we did not take advantage of fully, but which I wish we had, as they had a very nice assortment of breakfast foods, not limited to cereals and muffins. Eggs, waffles and other hot foods were available. And free coffee in the lobby 24hrs
The hotel is clean & the rooms are comfortable with queen sized beds & comfortable beds & pillows. It is close to many attractions including Sight & Sound, the Comedy Playhouse & all things Lancaster. Lots of shopping areas including Ross for Less! Best part breakfast included. Not just Continental- there are eggs, beacon & waffles too. Free coffee at all times too. Warm pool & hot tub. All together a very nice place to stay in Lancaster area. The other I like is their cancellation policy- very understanding
Great experience with our stay at Best Western. Staff was warm, friendly, accommodating and informative. Rooms were available to our family of six, without having to use two separate rooms, making our stay affordable and something we can do again in the near future.
The room assigned to us was exceptionally clean and well organized. It was well worth the value. I would definitely stay at this Best Western again when I am in the area. Also, I would highly recommend this motel to friends.
This hotel has spacious suites and a full set of amenities including an indoor pool and hot tub with long hours. We stayed 2 nights in a suite and really enjoyed our stay. Our room had a large jetted tub which we used. We also appreciated the full size refrigerator even though we didn't put anything but water in it.
The perfect place to stay in the Lancaster, PA area. The staff was polite and friendly. Our room was impeccable and larger than other BW rooms we have stayed in. The towels were lovely and soft. Our five pillows were easy to reduce in size which is how we like them. We did not use the swimming pool but the area was very clean with glorious windows. Breakfast was a treat with a great selection of items including whipping cream for the waffles! The eastern entrance needs to be better marked for night-time use.
